A dough made with wheat flour

2 cups

Dry fruits (chopped)

½ cup

Kishmish

2 tbsp

Sugar

½ cup

Oil for cooking

 

Desi ghee

2 tbsp

 

 

 

 

    Make balls from the dough and roll them out a little. Put 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp of dry fruits in the centre of each.

 

    Roll out paranthas as thin as possible. Cook on a tawa with oil applied on both sides.     

 

    Put some desi ghee and serve hot at breakfast or afternoon tea time.
