Green peas ( boiled and slightly mashed)

2 cups

Jeera (ground)

½ tsp

Red chilli powder

½ tsp

Salt to taste

 

Oil for cooking

 

A dough made with wheat flour

2 cups

 

 

 

 

 

     Mix all the masalas in mashed peas. Make balls of the dough. Fill each ball with peas mixture and roll out into slightly thick round paranthas.

    

     Cook on a tawa, putting oil on both sides.

 

     Serve hot with butter and achar.
